Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment Unit published amendments today on its fee schedule.

For a period of 12 months, effective September 1, 2017 the new fees applicable to the real estate option are as follows:

US$25,000 – Main Applicant

US$35,000 – Main Applicant + Spouse

US$35,000 – Family of up to four persons, including Main Applicant and up to three Dependents

US$50,000 – Family of up to six persons, including Main Applicant and up to five Dependents

US$70,000 – Family of up to seven persons, including Main Applicant and atleast six dependents

Furthermore, the fees for an additional dependent are now set at US25,000.

The revised fee schedule for the Economic Diversification Fund is as follows:

US$100,000 – Single Main Applicant

US$175,000 – Main Applicant and Spouse

US$200,000 – Main Applicant and up to three Dependents

US$25,000 – Additional qualifying Dependent of the Main Applicant, other than a spouse
